Overview:
We are currently hiring for a Team Member to cover our North Myrtle Beach/Little River Cleaning Route..... We have a total of 5 Banking Centers that we clean Monday-Saturday and you would be responsible this Entire Route!! This is not spilt up!!

Paid $680.00 Once Per Month Via Direct Deposit

Monday--Friday

Cleaning 4 Banking Centers starting 6:00 PM and all 4 centers are less then 10 minutes apart all up and down Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach and each center takes about a hour each to clean and this is standard janitorial cleaning following scope of work and training. We supply everything needed to clean these locations at each banking center and you do not have to supply anything....

Saturdays

We clean one banking center in Little River and then two banking centers in North Myrtle Beach and this you would clean during the afternoon hours and again each location takes about a hour to clean and this is standard janitorial cleaning following scope of work. And again everything is supplied by company at each location and you do not supply anything.

• 1099 Contractor but we will supply all needed supplies and equipment
• $680.00 Paid Once per month via direct deposit around 15th of each month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain floors by vacuuming, mopping
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when replenishment is needed
- Adhere to safety guidelines and security protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
